Delete my Koolab account
This page explains how to delete your Koolab creator account and what happens to your data.
1. From the website
- Sign in to your Studio on koolab.cc.
- Open "My profile", then at the very bottom "Delete my account".
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate: your public profile disappears and you are signed out.
2. From the app
- Open the Koolab app and sign in.
- Open Settings (gear icon).
- Tap "Delete my account", then confirm. Deletion is immediate: you are signed out.
3. By e-mail
Write to [email protected], giving your account's e-mail address or the TikTok username linked to it, and ask for its deletion. We handle requests within 30 days and may ask you to confirm the account is yours.
4. What is erased, what is kept
- Erased immediately: your name, e-mail address and password, your account phone number, your public profile and media kit, your photos (cover and portfolio), your visit counts, your collaboration tracker, your Pro survey answer, your TikTok profile and tokens. All your sessions are closed.
- Kept: the administration action log concerning you (without your content) and, for accounts that used the former campaign offer, the accounting records required by law, attached to an anonymised account.
- You can create a new account later; it starts from scratch.
